In the event you have a loved one who has become incapable and they have not prepared a mandate in case of incapacity, the law will provide for the institution of protective supervision. Depending on the degree of incapacity, protective supervision may be in the form of curatorship, tutorship or advisorship. In order to ensure that your loved one receives the proper supervision, we will take the following steps:
- Follow the procedure established by law, which includes a meeting of family members and close relatives and/or friends;
- Draw up the minutes of the notarial operations and conclusions as well as deposit them at the office of the courts to obtain confirmation;
Alternatively, we can present a motion to the court for the institution of a regime of protective supervision and follow the procedure established by law.
